3U T-Ball Division ($80)
Players who turn 3 after May. 1 of the current season are too young for this division. Players who turn 4 prior to May 1 of the current season are too old for this division.
4U T-Ball Division ($80)
Players who turn 4 on or after May 1 are too young for this division. Players who turn 5 prior to May 1 of the current season are too old for this division.
5U Modified Coach Pitch Division ($95)
Players who turn 5 on or after May 1 of the current season are too young for this division. Players who turn 6 prior to May 1 of the current season are too old for this division. 
6U Modified Coach Pitch Division ($95)
Players who turn 6 on or after May 1 of the current season are too young for this division. Players who turn 7 prior to May 1 of the current season are too old for this division.
7U Coach Pitch Division ($95)
Players who turn 7 on or after May 1 of the current season are too young for this division. Players who turn 8 prior to May 1 of the current season are too old for this division.
8U Coach Pitch Division Division ($95)
Players who turn 8 on or after May 1 of the current season are too young for this division. Players who turn 9 prior to May 1 of the current season are too old for this division.
9U Kid Pitch Division ($105)
Players who turn 9 on or after May 1 of the current season are too young for this division. Players who turn 10 prior to May 1 of the current season are too old for this division.
10U Kid Pitch Division ($105)

Unfortunately, we will not be offering 13u or 14u divisions this year. You can check with the Owasso Champions League or the Rogers County Baseball Association in Claremore.

CAN MY CHILD TRANSFER DOWN TO A YOUNGER DIVISION?
Unfortunately, this will not be allowed. There are many circumstances presented to play down in a younger division and while we wish we could accommodate these requests, we cannot.

CAN MY CHILD TRANSFER UP TO AN OLDER DIVISION?
Your child may play up in an older division, but it will first have to be approved by the coach in an email to the league. If your child is signing up and is not already in contact with a coach, they will be required to play in the appropriate division. In order to register your child for an older division, you must first complete their registration for the proper division and then send us an email or Facebook message letting us know you are ready for us to move your child up. There will be a $10 fee to transfer to a division other than the division for which your age qualifies you (unless the player transferring is a coach’s kid).

DO WE HAVE TO HAVE LIVE OR GO TO SCHOOL IN COLLINSVILLE?
No, you do not have to have a Collinsville address nor does your child have to attend Collinsville Schools. We have athletes from all the surrounding towns and schools playing in our league!

WHEN WILL GAMES BE PLAYED?
League will kick-off with a mandatory Pre-Season Warm-up which will not cost teams any additional fees (there will be a gate fee for non players). This warm-up will be March 22-24 . These are the only weekend games sanctioned for league play. After this, games will only be on weekdays starting no earlier than 5:45pm and ending no later than 9:30pm for our older teams. This is the most information that we can offer on when games will be played until we know how many teams we will have after signups are finished. Weather pending, season will end during the last week of May.

ARE UNIFORMS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE?
Uniforms are NOT included in the registration fee. Once teams are formed, they will be able to choose their own uniforms. Replay Sports in Owasso offers league wide discounts on sublimated, dri-fit jerseys and custom hats. Teams are free to choose whomever they want for their uniforms, but are strongly encouraged to keep the package at or below $50. Here Are Step By Step Instructions To Design Your Team's Jerseys!

CAN I REQUEST FOR MY CHILD TO PLAY WITH A SPECIFIC FRIEND OR COACH?
There is an option in the online registration that will allow you to notify us if there is a specific teammate or coach that you want to play with. That is all you have to do in order to make a coach or teammate request!

CAN I SIGN UP AN ENTIRE TEAM?
In order to register a full team, you will need to tell your players to register individually and request you as their head coach. Any teams that bring more than 5 undrafted players onto their roster, will be considered a "non-rec" team. Click here for more details on "non-rec" teams.

WHEN WILL MY TEAM PRACTICE?
Your practice time, date and location will be determined once the teams are formed. Typically, teams will practice two times a week. Until you have been assigned a team, this is the only information we can provide concerning practice times.

WHERE CAN MY TEAM PRACTICE?
If your team does not have a connection to a practice field, here is a list of a few places you can call to check on practice field availability. If you need to provide proof of insurance, you can CLICK HERE to view the CYBL insurance policy that covers your team during games and practices. You will need to call and schedule your practice with the appropriate location as these are not “show up and practice” fields.

Any adult that wants to be on the field during the game must complete a background check through the JDP Website.  

• If you cancel your registration, for any reason, BEFORE February 11, you will be issued a full refund, minus a $10 fee.
• If you cancel your registration, for any reason, Between February 11 and March 21, you will be issued a half refund.
• If you cancel your registration, for any reason, AFTER March 21, no refund will be issued.

WHY ARE PETS NOT ALLOWED?
While everyone loves their pets, we cannot have them at our facilities for a number of reasons. There might be less than one chance in a thousand that a violent incident will occur, but that is a chance we are unwilling to take. Pets can also be a distraction to other fans or players and not to mention the "mess" they can leave behind for someone to step in. HOW CAN I GET MORE INVOLVED?
We ALWAYS have opportunities for volunteers to contribute their time and energy towards making our league a first class place to play. You can send us an email or Facebook message to get involved. We are a 501c-3 non profit so we can sign off on volunteer hours and have workdays from time to time that will be posted onour Facebook page.

WHERE CAN I GET THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT?
As mentioned in the uniform section of this page, Replay Sports offers league wide discounts on uniforms as well new and used sports equipment, batting cage rentals and 1-on-1 baseball/softball lessons.
