WHEN DOES REGISTRATION BEGIN AND END?
Spring registration begins November 25, 2021 and ends on February 28 at 11:59pm. Save $10 with the early bird special by registering by 11:59pm January 31. Register by 11:59 on February 19 to avoid a $10 late fee.

3U T-Ball Division ($80)

Players who turn 4 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in Pre-Kindergarten-3. Also, any player turning 5 prior to August 1 will not be eligible. Also, players must turn 3 before January 1 to be eligible.
4U T-Ball Division ($80)

Players who turn 5 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in Pre-Kindergarten-4. Also, any player turning 6 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.
5U Modified Coach Pitch Division ($90)
Players who turn 6 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in Pre-Kindergarten. Also, any player turning 7 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.
6U Modified Coach Pitch Division ($90)
Players who turn 7 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in Kindergarten. Also, any player turning 8 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.
7U Coach Pitch Division ($90)
Players who turn 8 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in the 1st grade. Also, any player turning 9 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.
8U Coach Pitch Division Division ($90)
Players who turn 9 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in the 2nd grade. Also, any player turning 10 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.
9U Kid Pitch Division ($105)
Players who turn 10 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in the 3rd grade. Also, any player turning 11 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.
10U Kid Pitch Division ($105)
Players who turn 11 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in the 4th grade. Also, any player turning 12 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.
11U Kid Pitch Division ($105)
Players who turn 12 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in the 5th grade. Also, any player turning 13 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.
12U Kid Pitch Division ($105)
Players who turn 13 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in the 6th grade. Also, any player turning 14 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.
13U Kid Pitch Division ($105)
Players who turn 14 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in the 7th grade. Also, any player turning 15 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.
14UKid Pitch Division ($105)
Players who turn 15 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in the 8th grade. Also, any player turning 16 prior to August 1 will not be eligible.

CAN MY CHILD PLAY DOWN IN A YOUNGER DIVISION?
Unfortunately, this will not be allowed. There are many circumstances presented to play down in a younger division and while we wish we could accommodate these requests, for a number of reasons, we cannot. CAN MY CHILD PLAY UP IN AN OLDER DIVISION?
Your child may play up in an older division, but it will first have to be approved by the coach. If your child is signing up and is not already in contact with a coach, they will be required to play in the appropriate division. In order to register your child for an older division, you must first complete their registration for the proper division and then send us an email or Facebook message letting us know you are ready for us to move your child up.

DO WE HAVE TO HAVE LIVE OR GO TO SCHOOL IN COLLINSVILLE?
No, you do not have to have a  Collinsville address nor does your child have to attend Collinsville Schools. We have athletes from all the surrounding towns playing in our league!

WHEN WILL GAMES BE PLAYED?
League will kick-off with a mandatory Pre-Season Warm-up which will not cost teams any additional fees (there will be a gate fee for non players). This warm-up will be held on the weekend of April 2 . These are the only weekend games sanctioned for league play. After this, games will only be on weekdays starting no earlier than 6:00 pm and ending no later than 9:30 pm for our older teams. This is the most information that we can offer on when games will be played until we know how many teams we will have after signups are finished. Weather pending, season will end before Memorial Day.

WHAT DOES MY REGISTRATION FEE COVER?
Registration fees help to cover the cost of year-round utilities, year-round maintenance and upkeep, website fees and much more.

ARE UNIFORMS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE?
Uniforms are NOT included in the registration fee. Once teams are formed, they will be able to choose their own uniforms. Replay Sports in Owasso offers league wide discounts on fully customized, sublimated, dri-fit jerseys and custom hats. Teams are fee to choose whomever they want for their uniforms, but are strongly encouraged to keep the package at or below $50. Here Are Step By Step Instructions To Design Your Team's Jerseys!

CAN I REQUEST FOR MY CHILD TO PLAY WITH A FRIEND OR SPECIFIC COACH OR SIGN UP MY ENTIRE TEAM?
There is a spot in the online registration that will allow you to notify us if there is a specific teammate or coach that you want to play with. That is all you have to do in order to make a coach or teammate request! We do not offer a team registration option so if you have a full team, you will need to tell your players to register individually and request you as their head coach.

WHEN WILL MY TEAM PRACTICE?
Your practice time, date and location will be decided upon once the teams are formed. Typically, teams will practice two times a week. Until you have been assigned a team, this is the only information we can provide concerning practice times.

WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
You will hear from your coach by March 6, 2022. If you have not heard from them by the END of the day on March 6, please send us an email or Facebook message.

DO THE COACHES RECEIVE BACKGROUND CHECKS?

Any adult that wants to be in the dugout or on the field during the game must complete a  background check through our website. Coaches that bring a full team into the league will be required to pay for their own background check. The head coach and one assistant coach for all draft teams will have their background check paid for by the league.  All other background checks for draft teams will be the responsibility of the team or individual

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
  • If you cancel your registration, for any reason, BEFORE February 28, you will be issued a full refund, minus a $10 fee.
  • If you cancel your registration, for any reason, ON or AFTER February 28, you will be issued a half refund.
  • If you cancel your registration, for any reason, AFTER a game has already been played, no refund will be issued.
    *On the checkout screen, you will have the option to purchase "registration insurance".

WHY ARE PETS NOT ALLOWED?
While everyone loves their pets we cannot have them at our facilities for a number of reasons. There might be less than one chance in a thousand that a violent incident will occur, but that is a chance we are unwilling to take. Pets can also be a distraction to other fans or players and not to mention the "mess" they can leave behind for someone to step in. HOW CAN I GET MORE INVOLVED?
We ALWAYS have opportunities for volunteers to contribute their time and energy towards making our league a first class place to play. To see how you can get involved, click on the "dibs" tab on our website, where you can volunteer for any number of jobs that we have posted. Make sure you fill out all the required information and a league representative will contact you. You can also send us an email or Facebook message to get involved.

Where can I get the right equipment?
As mentioned in the uniform section of this page, Replay Sports offers league wide discounts on uniforms as well new and used sports equipment, batting cage rentals and one on one baseball/softball lessons. Make sure you mention that you are with the Collinsville Youth Baseball League to receive 10% off your entire order through the entire season.
